First look at Josh Hartnett's blonde hair transformation for new action movie

Josh Hartnett has unveiled a bleach blonde hair transformation for his new movie Fight or Flight.

Th upcoming action film, which is heading to Sky Cinema in February 2025, follows a mercenary who is tasked with tracking down a target on a plane.

However, he soon turns into the target's protector when they're both surrounded by people trying to kill them.

Sky has now unveiled some new stills from Fight or Flight, offering a first look at Hartnett's striking hair transformation, as well as his character's tense fight for survival aboard the high-stakes flight.

Other cast members include Bridgerton's Charithra Chandran, Shadow and Bone's Julian Kostov, Battlestar Galactica's Katee Sackhoff and John Wick: Chapter 4's Marko Zaror.

Hartnett was last seen onscreen in M Night Shyamalan's latest thriller Trap, which is now available to watch on digital platforms following its release in cinemas earlier this summer.

The movie stars Hartnett as Cooper, who realises that a concert he's attending with his daughter is all a set-up to catch a serial killer, known as The Butcher, which may well just be him.

Trap received mixed reviews from critics after its release, earning it a soft score of 57% on Rotten Tomatoes.

"An arch thriller given some grounding by Josh Hartnett's committed performance, Shyamalan's Trap will ensnare those who appreciate its tongue-in-cheek style while the rest will be eager to wriggle out from it," reads the site's critical consensus.

Shyamalan previously described the movie as Silence of the Lambs meets a Taylor Swift concert, and revealed that it was inspired by a real-life 1985 US sting operation that lured in over 100 fugitives to a stadium with free NFL tickets.

Flight or Flight will premiere on Sky Cinema in February 2025.
